    I ordered an electric bike on an advert on Facebook with 70% discount,and recieved a tiny toy bike,I complained and they offered me $8 dollars refund. I asked for their address to return the item and have not heard from them. I would avoid shopping from this company.

    I just received my E_bike, 2inches long toy... I tried to complain on the X border commerce Site (must be their shipper) They say they are sending a refund.. Just hope they wont fraud my credit card, I'm calling my card company now.

    I ordered 2 ebikes and a electric scooter and recived two tiny plastic bicycles and a tiny plastic scooter that looks like maybe your fingers might fit on. I spent over $300 and that's what I received.
