Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
There have been an increase in fake websites and fake Facebook/Instagram Ads trying to sell ISLE Paddleboards at ridiculously low prices. The fake and scam websites are popping up every day and they only have one objective: copy ISLE's brand to steal money from potential victims. The operators of the fake and scam websites will try to sell you an ISLE paddleboard for $99, $89, or even $79 and you will never receive aboard.

ISLE wants to remind their customers that ISLE Paddle Boards are ONLY sold through this website www.islesurfandsup.com, via Amazon and through their ISLE outlet store in San Diego.

I too was scammed. I didn't think this was fraudulent because my friend got an incredible deal on Isle paddleboard...not as good as this deal, but a good deal nonetheless. Buyer beware. I will try to get my money back through my CC.
I too fell for this on Aug 26 purchased a 65” Qled Samsung Tv I even got a tracking number saying it was shipped UU238559262CN. I sent several emails to decerjnathan-gmail.com with no reply just found this tonight will try to get money back with credit card co. 🤞 I’ve never been a victim of something like this. Plus I’m thinking of stopping PayPal, they should be ahead of something like this. It angers me all around. Jones, Oklahoma
I too fell for this. I made the order Aug 26 and thought it's legit as payment was handled by Paypal to below 'merchant'.Payment to: BIAN PING LLC huojiandui501-163.comI've sent emails (noted on my order confirmation to decerjnathan-gmail.com andqaz1wsx2edc3rfv4-gmail.com) asking when inflatable SUP will be shipped but no response. I've since disputed the charge thru by credit card company.
Veromocca.com website disappeared after purchase "Confirmation" email was sent from Kleiindaxton-gmail.comPayPal receipt lists leimocoffee-163.comAnd appears on my statement as PAYPAL *CHENXING LC CHAdvertising ISLE SUP for what I thought were incredible end of season clearance prices. Now I know. Am reporting via PayPal but not hoping for much.
Qiuxinag LLC via PayPal is how your online receipt may read (mine does). They charged my Amex with Paypal as the vehicle. I don't really understand how that part happened, but I am challenging the charge via Amex.
veromocca.com is now selling them for $99.

I order off Instagram for the paddleboards from the website nikoekoe.com and they totally took my money!!!
www.wbnoi.comgeraldeuwagcz-gmail.comI fell for it also. Above is the website and email address that scammed me.
I fell for this scam too. When I tried to dispute it with PayPal, the seller posted a UPS tracking number for a package weighing 0.7 pounds which I never received. PayPal denied my dispute and they don't seem to care that the package weighed so little for a stand-up paddleboard and accessories.
PayPal is refunding my money. You need to call UPS and tell them what happened, give them your info and the fraudulent tracking number and they will soon see that it was NOT sent to you or your address. They will then tell you to have PayPal call them to confirm that this was fraud. UPS would not confirm, but it seems that these Chinese scammers have hacked UPS to get these tracking numbers sent to your city. Also, the fake "ISLE" website was really good, ISLE was probably hacked too and their web code stolen. This is a pretty sophisticated scam.
Also fell for this scam by an ad on Facebook. Also thought perhaps it was a sale to clear out summer inventory. Should have known it was too good to be true. Came up as Sh(i)teng llc / ganxin515335-163.com on my PayPal receipt. Have issued a report.
I was scammed by labaccent.com (kleiindaxxton-gmail.com).Advertised ISLE SUPs for really cheap, should have known when they had a 15’ Megaladon SUP for $98… for some reason I thought maybe it was an old model blowout sale… 🤦🏽♂️
this is a total scam, paid with pay pal and they report there was nothing fraudulent occurring ridiculous, contact my bank associated with pay pal and reported false l advertisements. The company was advertising on IG with name : wargast.com, but posted directly from ISLE, contacted company and informed them, as they are mentioning it here. I hope the scammers from China get ran over by the KARMA bus. FU*kers
This is a scam:www.labaccent.com
Labaccent.com is selling them for $99
www.kceios.com
latest scammer from FaceBook www.labaccent.com

www.wbnoi.comMy Daughter ordered 5 boards off this site last week for my birthday and she came to me this morning so upset. I told her it was ok and we would reach out to paypal for a refund. She is more upset that the actual price for the 5 of us to go paddle boarding at the same time is way way more than we can afford. I wish there was something you could help us with as we are a large family affected economically by the pandemic that would love to enjoy your products together. I am now a registered user on here so I thought I'd post it again.
This is just a website that informs people about Online Threat Alerts. It is informative only, there is nothing they do to help get your refund back. Just wanted to clarify that since you stated, "I wish there was something you could help us...that would love to enjoy your products together." You will need to get that help through pay pal or the company that issues the card used for payment. This website also does not own or sell the paddleboards.
