Credit National Scam Call and Voicemail - Anyone Getting Calls?

I received a voicemail from telephone number 888-206-4766. The caller claims her is name Rebecca and she is from Credit National. She said she was just following up with my online request for financial help and she was able to to get me approved. She said I should give her a call back as soon as possible because the program has limited space and it's a first-come first-serve basis. Is anyone getting these Credit National calls, which appears to be a scam?
