They are back, this time as Debt Management Service Payments. These scammers are now on their 7th website in over a year. This is a scam phantom debt collection racket. Formerly SMITH GREGORY then ASG RECOVERS then KBS COLLECT then CAROLINA DEBT SOLUTIONS then APEX DEBT SOLUTIONS. They are even using the same recycled phone numbers. Do your research. They are fraudsters and scammers. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Their fraudulent website www.dmspayments.com was set up and registered on 10/3/2022. It is hosted by bluehost.com ***for further information research ASG RECOVERS on any scam reporting site they are all part of the SAME SCAM.

I got a call from them from Brooks, IN today.
Went to the site, put in last four of my Soc sec #
and phone number. Never heard of the card they are collecting on.
Hope I didn’t give them to much info.

I received on Dec 5th from Louisiana 225-438-7250 saying Paula from pre-legal and on and on and on how no one likes to receive these calls and there is no tax or settlement that has been made she doesn’t even make sense and I never have received any invoice owing any sort of debt and she didn’t leave any amount or invoice number so I assumed it is fraud and looked it up and lead to this site so I’ll block their number now but if I had answered does that give them access to anything ?

I received a call from them on the 19th of December 2022. I am just happy that I now have a tendency to check all messages like this through here. They left a local number and supposedly called from it as well. A 785-298-4144. They even go so far as to state it's communication from a debt collector. Darn They are getting good at this c**p!

They are now using THE NAME RECEIVABLES CREDIT ASSOCIATES LLC located at rcapay.com TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. After doing some research I found that the website is new, it was registered 72 days ago, but has a lot of reviews, which I think are fakes. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
