Is dmspayments.com a Scam or Legitimate Website? DMS Payments

I got a call from them from Brooks, IN today.
Went to the site, put in last four of my Soc sec #
and phone number. Never heard of the card they are collecting on.
Hope I didn’t give them to much info.

It seems they are now located at: gotopcm.com

They also called from, 573-298-6629 Jefferson City, MO.

I received on Dec 5th from Louisiana 225-438-7250 saying Paula from pre-legal and on and on and on how no one likes to receive these calls and there is no tax or settlement that has been made she doesn’t even make sense and I never have received any invoice owing any sort of debt and she didn’t leave any amount or invoice number so I assumed it is fraud and looked it up and lead to this site so I’ll block their number now but if I had answered does that give them access to anything ?

I received a call from them on the 19th of December 2022. I am just happy that I now have a tendency to check all messages like this through here. They left a local number and supposedly called from it as well. A 785-298-4144. They even go so far as to state it's communication from a debt collector. Darn They are getting good at this c**p!

They are now using THE NAME RECEIVABLES CREDIT ASSOCIATES LLC located at rcapay.com TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. After doing some research I found that the website is new, it was registered 72 days ago, but has a lot of reviews, which I think are fakes. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

They are just a collection agency. You know if you don’t want to pay something or don’t remember the account you can just tell them that saying dispute and they’ll close it like most agencies do.

I've been getting calls too, first they called themselves KBS collect and today they left me a voicemail saying go to dms and that my loan was with advance america. So I contacted advance america and they dont even have my information in their system. When I explained the situation the guy on the phone said yep it sounds like a scam.

They keep calling me from 717-918-9685

They called today from 304-579-8159 and he sounded like he was in a car driving.

They called me today from a 320-640-4934 Minnesota area

They are a legitimate business. If you don’t want to pay your debts just file a dispute with them or any other collection agency that contacts you.

Baloney, NJ Department of Consumer Affairs says they are a scam. You are either stupid or work for them.

Jerk called 11-30-2022 and left a slightly threatening message. Didn't mention my name or debt owed or to whom. Told me to call back or go to DMSpayments.com The number jerk called from is: 717-918-9685, which I blocked.

They called me about one of the debts my sister took out in my name a couple years ago. I told them I wouldn’t be paying it since I am a victim of identity theft! They said ok and I haven’t gotten any more calls. As long as I don’t get any more calls they are legit.

They called me from this number as well. Left a message but didn't give any case number/account number, etc for me to reference if I called or logged on to their website.

They called me from 217-970-2334.

I received a call from 480-914-3516. For me, I could hear the call. It was a girl essentially saying that she was calling to collect a debt and that no one likes to get these calls and she gets it and that I must go to the website to make payment.

I have the same VM on my phone! Didn’t offer account number.. where the debt originated from.. my name.. nothing!

Received a voicemail about an hour ago from (253) 247-4832. Half the first part of the message was cut off so you can't tell what was being said - you can only hear the guy saying this debt needs to be taken care of and to call back or if I preferred electronically to go to their site dmspayments.com

I got a call about a minute ago from a 216-929-7741 number

They just called me twice within 5 minutes, I’m in Ohio.
