On Sept. 16, 2016, ITT Educational Services, Inc., ESI Service Corp., and Daniel Webster College, Inc. (collectively “ITT”) filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Indiana.
