Online Threat Alerts (OTA) - Alerting you to scams and frauds.
It seems scammers are sending a "Zelle Auto Refund" scam text message with a link to zelleautorefund.com to potential victims. The website is a fake and is being used by scammers/cybercriminals to phish or steal account credentials, personal or financial information. Therefore, recipients of a Zelle Refund text message with a link to zelleautorefund.com, should not follow the instructions in it. They may post it in a comment below and then delete it.
Recipients of the Zelle Refund text scam who have already visited the phishing website, zelleautorefund.com, and who have attempted to sign into it, are asked to contact Zelle for help.
I will update this alert as I get more information.
