The fake USPPS text message below is just one of the many scams being sent to potential victims. Therefore, recipients are asked not to click the links in the fake text messages. This is because the links go to the fake and phishing USPS websites that steal account credentials, personal, or financial information.

Got the scam text from marotingandi9-outlook.com and from a previous number that I blocked before looking up the scam. Seriously glad I’ve avoided this.

I just now received the text - (747) 308-6587. "Your package could not be to schedule delivery because street address does not match your zip code, please update https://oiugd.top"

No indicator who sent the message. Besides just never clicking a link in a text message, look at the language/sentence structure. That is also a huge red flag. Stay vigilant everyone - make these people go out and get a legitimate job!

The bottom line is that you should never click a link that comes in a text message. Always verify it for yourself, and type it into the browser yourself.

I did not click on the link. Instead I used laptop to track the number at USPS. No such number existed.
