thereviewerprogram.com Scam or Legit Survey and Spam Website

I keep getting emails with a link thereviewerprogram.com, which redirects to a Uplevel Rewards website that claims visitors can get money completing surveys, but all the website does is continuously redirect to spam or survey websites, after requesting your email address. I will not be surprised if visitors who have entered their email address on the website, start receiving tonnes of spam emails.
