Online Threat Alerts (OTA)

Outsub located at outsub.com or shop.outsub.com is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are who shop from the untrustworthy online store run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

I also ordered a handpan and paid via PayPal.
I wrote several emails, they told me to wait because there are so many orders for Christmas.
After 2 months of waiting and several emails still written nothing, I lost hope.
I will report the fact.

All,
I filed a dispute with Paypal on this and they have reviewed it and reversed the charge on the handpan that I ordered off of an ad on Facebook from needpath.com. As a general warning to everyone. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING OFF OF FACEBOOK. Chances are its 99.9% BS. Always check for references and see if they have a direct website.

Sites used by this fraudulent company: outsub.com, shop.outsub.com, combatbuy.com, shop.combatbuy.com, needpath.com, eur.seekboy.com is the most recent iteration.
All domains are registered through Name Silo LLC, and are 'privacy protected' through privacyguardian.org.

9 oct 2019 : I ordered HangPan to SHOP.OUTSUB.COM with supplement for quick delivery,
paiement Paypal to SZRX Trading Co.
21 oct 2019: status = awaiting shipment (still?) I'm mailing to the service...
21 oct answer : Due to the busy logistics, your order has been shipped, but the logistics order number has not been entered into the system, so it is not found on the network. please wait patiently.
21 oct : Can I have any logistic order to follow the delivery? (I paid an extra cost for FAST SHIPPING)
23 oct answer : Sorry, we ship in order.
04 nov answer : Dear customers, due to busy orders, sometimes online updates are slow, we will urge logistics.
08 nov : I found a logistic order on paypal account, but it's bullsh**t. doesn't work!
11 nov answer : Please send the logistics order, we will reply you after the inquiry.
12 nov, starting a Paypal dispute.
13 nov, answer : This hand-pan is limited edition, we have received your order and the factory is already in the process of production.
In order to receive satisfactory products, we pay great attention to the quality of the products, so please wait patiently.
(Crowdfunding products are temporarily not accepted for cancellation, please understand.)
15 nov, I don't trust them anymore. Waiting for paypal end of dispute.
... I trust Paypal more than Shenzhen people.

    17 nov, from PAYPAL, I get my money back!
    BUT the more weird :
    18 nov, from Customer Service :
    "Dear customer:

    We will continue to pay attention to your order and please wait patiently."
    (same number as on Paypal, and wrong one)

    Shipment status : Shipped (new!)
    Tracking Number : LXxxxxxxNL (new!)
    but the tracking number is not avaible yet on 17Track
    So, I'm waiting ... well, everything is possible! And I do not know now what to think!

        WAIT WAIT WAIT! The end of the story : this is incredible!
        Yesterday I recieved it!
        The package was in very poor condition. But the hand pan was there. But :
        - Not the 8 1 blue that I had order, but a 5 1 yellow
        - Not shiny, but all covered with a sticky layer
        - Really NOT A MUSICAL INSTRUMENT, but a metallic object, sounds like a saucepan (a cooking saucepan!)
        - with 5 1 note, no chance of even learning to play, and the sound is awful
        - there is even a metal chip on the surface where the pressing has formed a circle
        - it is smaller than a musical handpan: 52cm diameter (but this was well written)
        -the only thing that can be used is the cover ... if you had a real hand pan of this size.
        - Even in the worst scenarios, I never imagined receiving such an object. it is not the model ordered, and there is absolutely nothing to do with it (apart from putting it in the window, after cleaning!)
        I will be happy to learn how this story ended for you ... I hope that nobody will have spent 200 euros for such a scam!

Lots of people continue to relay this ad and continues to get scammed every day if you can convict this person please make it and removed this link from Facebook because they do not listen!
