How do we know that any of the "information" about the Payment Card Interchange Fee Settlement is legitimate? How do know YOU are legitimate?
I also received a letter from paymentcardsettlement.com and was able to find actual court documents at SEC.gov regarding the case. Those documents specifically list payementcardsettlement.com as the dedicated website to file any claims in this matter. I basically downloaded the court document as a PDF and used a search to find the pertinent sections since the entire document is over 400 pages long.
