The "Shipments Free" (Shipmentsfree.com) service is a well-documented subscription trap and deceptive rebate scam. Users typically get redirected to the site after completing an online purchase. The site tricks them into signing up for a recurring monthly fee (ranging from $10 to $25) under the guise of a shipping rebate or a "free" trial.

We accidentally clicked some "discount coupon" on eBay claiming this "Smartycashback" company can half-price some product. Our credit card then ended up being automatically charged 8 times within 8 weeks, all for non-existant purchases. The charges on our credit card listings always show this company as "Smartycashback.com 310-593-4557CA" or "Shipmentsfree.com 310-593-4557CA"

Despite canceling my subscription/account via the web, shipmentsfree.com continue to charge my credit card for subscription fee, and unlike other posters, there is no live person at the other end of the line, it appears to be manned by a chat-bot.

My wife canceled her subscription 6/1/2023. However, they are still taking $19.00 each month. The customer service does not have a clue about Shipments Free.com. Beware!!! StY away from this site.

As others have said, I to did not sign up for this service. I called the phone # listed, due to a language barrier, It was hard to get my complaint answered. They could not tell me when I signed up or what shipments were used. I am hoping to get my refund.

Somehow I got registered to shipmentsfree.com through fragrance.net. I was put on a trial with fine print of 7 per days then would charge $19/month for BS. Tried to cancel when I realized, and it said it would be easy to cancel subscription on the website, but it wasn’t. I chatted online and asked why it wasn’t on the website and they closed the chat.
