These letters are being sent from a company calling itself “New Business Filing LLC”. The form instructs Pennsylvania businesses: “To avoid administrative dissolution or revocation in the future, file your 2025 Annual Report online at Busfile.org/2025” or “scan the QR code … to file”. This is a SCAM. Do NOT navigate to this URL nor scan the QR code. Indeed most PA businesses MUST file the PA Annual Report beginning in 2025 as we have previously written about. However, THIS mailing is from a fictitious organization and is NOT associated with the Annual Report in any way. Check the comment section below for answers or additional information.
