How to Protect Yourself Moving Forward

  • Check the URL: Ensure the website domain explicitly reads nordpass.com or nordaccount.com before typing any details.
  • Use Autofill Behavior as a Test: Legitimate password managers will not autofill your credentials on a fake website because the URL won't match your saved entry. If NordPass refuses to autofill on a page that looks like NordPass, the page is likely a phishing scam.
