"Get This Mall," an online store located at getthismall.com, appears to be an untrustworthy online store. Their Norton Secure trusted seals on their checkout page is a fake. A Trusted seal is used by website owners to convinced their visitors their websites are safe and secured. Also, the website claims it is the world's leading online discount store, but it was created less than months ago.

Didn't get my item I ordered since May 2019. Sent email twice, no response. Went on-site and there is no phone number or email or contact. Anyone get contact info to pass along?

I made a purchase back in May for a bra that side fastened advertised as the new thing in support. It could not support a wet lettuce and the sizing is bizzar.Needless to say it did not fit... after countless photos to the company, who are still asking for more to validate my complaint, and emails the matter is still not resolved.My husband suggests I take said object into gbd garden and set alight to it and then send them that photo. The bra is not fit for purpose and I highly recommend that anyone thinking of purchasing this item should not bother.I don't give up easily so I shall continue to persue the matter for a refund.
I ordered trousers which were not particularly cheap at around $60 AUD - nothing like advertised, don't fit, but no response to support emails requesting a refund/return.
Horrible company. Took two months to receive the bras that I had ordered. They no not fit and are of the worst quality. I have tried to return them and get a refund but no response.

No. Scam company, if you do receive your product it's usually useless.
I opened a PayPal claim against them after reading these experiences. I also made a purchase from them in January. I received a shipment notification, but the tracking number is not recognized. They used Canadian Post for me, though I live in the US, and after a month of demanding to know where my package is, I've had enough.The tracking number is clearly fake and they obviously don't intend to ever send my purchase. I'm so glad I used PayPal and these scam artists don't have my real information!
I ordered 3 bras from them in November... they sent a tracking #, but FedEx doesn't recognize it, and they won't answer me about it. I just hope its only $35 down the drain.Exact same time period and experience as the last reviewer. They will not respond to requests to rectify the problem either.

I am disabled and just ordered 2 bras from getthismall.com and apparently I've got a charger as well but I didn't order it, it just appeared after I'd paid for everything and I can't get in touch with them to cancel it.I'm so unhappy and upset, I don't have money to loose, especially at Christmas, what do I do?
