How does one get to speak to a real live person at Empireselectcity?

I too have had several charges to my credit card from Empireselectcity.com - none of which I authorized. Been trying to contact the company for days - no option given to speak to a live person,just constant offers for "free" items or deals. I did not respond to any of them. Charges to my credit card amount to over $200 . Being a senior citizen living solely on Social Security, I am in no position to afford paying for something I did not order! Definitely SCAMMERS! Tried calling Better Business Bureau but they must be closed due to covid 19.

Had varying amounts deducted from my bank account since November 2019 and only just noticed! I definitely didn't authorise these payments and don't even know of the company! Will be speaking to my bank. Seems no point trying to contact them from what I've read on previous posts?

I got scammed and a fraudulent charge of $29.95 was taken from my debit card by "empireselectcity.com I cancelled my card and will be calling the bank in the morning.

I ordered a dream catcher on dec 11 2019 and never received it. My credit card company gave me a phone number to contact them but all it does is try to give me other offers. Just thankful I didn't get scammed for a bigger amount!

My wife and I saw the offer for a FREE dog harness where we would only have to pay $1.95 Australian for postage.
We noticed on my wife's phone with the bank that Empire city had taken $2.94 $87.26 aus without out our authorization.
The harness was supposed to be FREE!
It has now cost us $ to organise a replacement bankcard.
We tried to make contact with the empirecity crew to NO AVAIL.
We are saying that they are SCAMMERS. So people do not deal with them

I got caught with this $45 added on to my bill with no authorisation from me. Managed to get half back. Blocked on my laptop now. making Watchdog and Rip off Britain aware.

Seems I'm not the only one to fall foul of this scam, they took just under 8 quid from me on Friday. I've had to call my bank and report it, my cards been stopped and I'm having a new one sent over. I've googled the company and I'm not getting anything back except I just found this comment thread in the search listings! They should refund me within 48 hours, so if anyone has had a problem contact your bank and their fraud team will sort it. Just glad I caught it before it got worse! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK ON A REGULAR BASIS, NO EXCUSE!

Can't remember if I ordered something from them, but they deducted on my card on 29/06, the amount of 2.87 and 66.02 of the same day. Maybe you are right that it is a SCAM.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! They advertise on Facebook for a "free" earpiece — just pay shipping. When you sign up you approve a charge of $2 or $3. BUT after you give your credit card, they include a $45 "Membership Fee." AND THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL. Call your bank.

I got caught with this too. I have emailed them a number of times, with no response, and am currently in touch with my card company. There is no mention of membership when you order.

these people have been taking money from me and the bank looked into it and who ever is doing it gave my address. they have taken from me since jan an amount £42, the things on the website I would never order.

Yes, this fraudulent website, of which I have no idea what they actually sell, somehow got a hold of my debit number and started recurring charges that I luckily noticed right away and called my bank to have it stopped, or no telling how much they would have taken me for! And yes, if you try to call, it's automated, you can never actually speak to a human, very convenient.

They did the same to me. Trying to resolve the matter now. I had ordered some little nothing from them last month, then they charged something for $60. I told my banker if I had ordered something like that, I would remember.

This company charged my card 58.69 my bank declined it due to security issues. When I contacted company no answer. I hate scammers. Get a life.

Card was charged twice on the same day, same amount, never even heard of this company.

Tried emailing, the email address is discontinued, got bounced straight back to me.

Scam, they charged my card today 62 dollars and change for something I never ordered. I called the number and u can't speak to anyone, just recording. I called my card company and they stopped payment and recredited my account!
