Today I seen from the second time that money was taked from my credit card, but I didnt bought anything else. I expect an explanation about this mistake.

I've had to call my bank and report it, my cards been stopped and I'm having a new one sent over. I've googled the company and I'm not getting anything back except I just found this comment thread in the search listings! They should refund me within 48 hours, so if anyone has had a problem contact your bank and their fraud team will sort it. Just glad I caught it before it got worse! ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BANK ON A REGULAR BASIS, NO EXCUSE!
