    I placed my order with this company on November 2nd and did not receive the products until mid-december, such lousy service! Then upon receiving the product one of the devices was non-operational and i have contacted them via email 6=8 times with no response. I strongly suggest people do not use this company for any purpose!

      I totally agree with you the same thing thing happened to me and the device was totally different from what the advertise.

      The product came with 3 chargers instead of 4. Total SCAM.

    I ordered and can’t get to the tracking of my product, can’t access website and phone disconnected.

    I can’t get a hold of no one and I haven’t received my order. Don’t recommend ordering from this company, seems like a scam.

    Just found another site with same phone number. So far that’s three different sites, same number. Wouldn’t trust.

    This same phone number is being used for another Chinese company that as only had its website up for 29 days. Here is the other company. I have been trying to determine if these sites are safe, and I don’t think they are.

    Well, include me in the mix of those who ordered a scooter after seeing a Facebook advertisement on Nov. 15 and I haven't received it yet on Nov. 28.

    I received a message saying that it had shipped on November 28, and at that time, I could follow a link in Chinese for an unrecognizable carrier.

    Now there's nothing coming up.. Not even zakmmma.com after clicking the "View My Order" button.

    Additionally, I have a random $88 charge from a Chinese vendor on my account that I don't recognize when this purchase was approximately $160. Still optimistic but equally realistic.

    The power charger I ordered does not work- the attachments broke on first use.

    The number for customer service is disconnected and the site is currently unavailable.

    It is clearly a scam.

    I’m surprised they sent me a product at all!

    I order a product on 11/9/18. As of today 11/19/18 I have not received my product. Tracking number they gave Order and tracking number they gave me, Order #10224 and 9374869903503260968685 does not produce anything.

    I was written that I can track it on USPS.

    I tried to call 626-456-6688 is disconnected. I have email two different email address five times with now reply.

    I am beginning to think this site is bogus base on the other comments I have seen.

    I ordered on 12th Oct. and I still not received it until today (7th Nov.) . I try contact them by e-mail and fb messenger , but they starts not read my messages since 5th Nov. and deleted my comment on their fb. Their contact phone number also is a wrong number.
