Review of "Coastoo" - is it a Trustworthy Online Store?

I made an order and paid for it on December 8th and did not receive until today
The COASTOO.COM website does not exist anymore.
What to do.

Try opening a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded. I hope it is not too late since it has been 4 months.

They do not send the product. And I've been waiting for 3 months to get my money back. They make absurd excuses. Not buying.

NO updating of order, cannot track the order. Dont know if we will ever receive our order

Waste of time and money. Items never arrive,tracking is not updated, website doesn't allow you to submit inquiries. C**p sh***t scam company.

After waiting 2 months for a jacket I never received it, then I asked for a refund and it's been going around for a month now. Not buying!

Guys I still have not received my product. Any advice on how I can get a refund or do I need to cut my loss?

I also reported them as false advertisement on Instagram.

I don't know how these types of companies are not regulated by some sort of organization but it should not be legal in my opinion.

Do not order anything from them. Another scam site shipping fake products from China.

Sizes are inaccurate, product photos are lies, and the quality of products is wrong. Being in a PayPal dispute trying to get a full refund for over a month, and even then you have to pay for tracked shipping back to China.

Do not waste your money.

Horrible products. Nothing like the picture...jacket looks like a piece of felt a child sewed. Do not order. Items took two months & they offered a $20 refund on $160 items of junk.

Same story here.. Terrible product quality. Bought a coat for $40, and they're only willing to refund $11 because, and I quote, "We also have a lot of losses." ... The coat is too small for a medium-size, and the fabric is really cheap, nothing compared to the advertised photos.

Very bad customer service. Ordered 2 months ago a coat and nothing no money, no coat.Don’t understand customer at all. Everyday writing asking and nothing.

It’s an Asian scam site that ships out garbage items. I agree and have fallen victim just like every other person that has posted here. The garment was not the same as advertised and the size was entirely way too small. They are reluctant to refund my money.

I suggest that anyone and everyone that has posted here, get on social media and tag this company in their post and have their friends spread the word. The best action we can take is smeared their name across all social platforms.

They are unpresentable. There is no way to cancel an order and poor customer service.
They send you the order yes or yes.

I ordered 4 items one was out of stock, the other 3 were totally sized wrong. 21 messages later, they still not resolve the problem.

I have ordered two items the 14th of December and still haven't received anything yet. After several emails, a woman named Nina Wang replied to my email (the 31th) that one item is ready for shipment and that the other item takes longer due to the large amount of orders. When I replied to her, another woman name Tracy replied that it will take 2-12 days. after 14 days, still no clothes or reaction/ confirmation by email.

BIG TIME SCAM!!! I'm going to take legal steps to this company.

I ordered a coat on 4/Dec/2018, received on 11/Jan/2019 after many emails to chase my order - I paid $47 (£36) for the coat which was on sale upto 60%. But I was very shocked when I opened a package which was very poorly done.

Quality of the coat, OMG - fabric, finishing - is just Unbelievably Rubbish, size was wrong, and there is no label (made by what, laundry care etc) whatsoever on the item. I never seen Anything like this 41 years of my life.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARN CASH. I am going to open a case via PayPal as a I believe this is a scammer.

I have tried to contact them to return a item that looks nothing like the picture and is way to big. Every time I submit a ticket they say put capture in they email me a capture and it will not allow me to submit.

This is a big SCAM please do not order anything from this site.

How are they allowed to advertise on facebook if it is a fake site?

COMPLETE SCAM! The same people have their products listed under several fake company names.

I am in the process of opening up a dispute with PayPal.
