Is moderntechguys.com a Trustworthy Website?

Hi, I ordered from moderntechguys.com, they took my money and never send the order. After 2 weeks of sending emails, they replied claiming that they are busy during the holidays and will soon contact me. They never did so; it's a fraudulent untrustworthy website.
