The fake email is being sent by online scammers who are attempting to trick their potential victims into clicking on the link in it. The link goes to a fak Stripe website that will ask visitors to sign-in. But, any attempt to sign-in will send the visitors' credentials to the online scammers. The scammers will then use the stolen credentials to gain access to their potential victims' accounts and use them fraudulently.
