    They are a fraudulent company.

They take your money and send no product.

New York address on their website is phoney per NY Attorney General. Also they use Send to Friend scam if you use paypal with phoney name Prince Caperal. Time to get FBI involved to close them down and put them in jail. Suspect this is some criminal operating out of a house.

File a complaint with BBB. These scammers must be shutdown. Surely the more complaints the BBB gets will result in stronger action.

Because PayPal is connected to my bank account, the money was withdrawn direct through an ACH transaction. Therefore my bank is going to refund my money less a fee.

This is possible because of ACH rules that allow them to draw the money back in the situation of such a scam. Check with your bank.

It seems they are using PayPal to perpetrate their scam. Why doesn't PayPal block them or at least flash a warning of suspicion?

Why are they still at the top of the Google search when searching for laptops. Doesn't Google filter for scams?

I got ripped off by Laptop Discount Offers. I paid through Paypal thinking the transaction would be protected. Paypal refuses to help. Stay away!

Laptopdiscountoffers is a scam. If I found this before I would not have this problem. Do not buy here.

I wish I would have read your page before I ordered. Funny that I ordered it and paid with a Secured CC. They stated it was denied and wanted to use PAYPAL.

I called my bank to see if any charges were denied and they said NO. My bank rep actually told me that it was somewhat normal for companies that have issues with their merchant account to ask for PAYPAL, so I used my paypal account. Then I received an email stating my order was placed and should receive by 5/16/2018.

I continued to attempt chat but they never answered (always just says all reps are busy, approx wait time 15-20 minutes) but they never come on - I tried about 10 times over about 7 days. Then after several attempts to to contact them through chat and "contact us" page, I receive an email stating my order was shipped. Now when I login, it says "Shipped" but no "tracking number available".

There are so many things wrong with this situation that I can see how people are taken advantage of.

Same here... I wish I had researched and read this before placing that order. Not trying to get your money back is another issue.

Same happened to me. Trying to recover my money through my secured CC. Do not buy here.

It is a scam. I asked the question of why your website does not use secure encryted transactions. They told me they did and not to worry. SCAM!

I purchased a laptop from them and guess what? It never arrived. Do not use!
