I ordered a trial subscription of Hemp Oil for $4.95 on May 17 and May 18, 2018 on www.thisskinisfine.com. I got a cancellation confirmation stating I wouldn't be changed any further money and if I have any questions contact customer service. On June 1, they took out $94.95 from my card. On my card, it reads THISSKINISFINE, and they even charged $1.99 for insurance. And, of course, it's a weekend and customer service is closed.
By clicking "Place My Order" I am ordering Super Anti Aging trial for $4.95. I agree to the Terms and Conditions. I understand I will be billed $94.95 after 14 days (10 day trial plus 4 days shipping) and will be enrolled in the monthly auto-ship program in which I will receive a new bottle of Super Anti Aging (Free S&H) starting 30 days after my trial ends and every 30 days thereafter, and be billed the total monthly subscription charge of $94.95 upon shipment, until I cancel.I can cancel or request a refund by calling Customer Support Monday-Sunday 24-7 EST at (888) 450-8295, or by sending an email to support@thisskinisfine.com. I was also charged $94.95 by this company. I wasnt told anything about being charged for it. It was a free sample to try, i paid shipping and handling. I called coustomer service and no refunds, but they closed my account. Do not order this product, it doesnt work anyway.
Do not order from thisskinisfine, fraudulent advertising! Stay away. Aging is better than dealing with this company!
The exact same thing happened to me only they credited me 50%... STILL Very upset and have learned my lesson on checking any kind of agreements! Adding one more note the product SUCKS, UGH
