Is Impkeys at impkeys.co an Untrustworthy Online Store?
Is Impkeys at impkeys.co an Untrustworthy Online Store?

The website Impkeys, which claims they are your partner in software and anti-virus solutions, is an untrustworthy website. The untrustworthy website claims they have been a trusted supplier of virtual products since 2006, but their website was registered only 36 days ago on June 25, 2018. Also, the keys they are selling for Microsoft Windows and Office software are ridiculously low compared to what they are selling for on Microsoft's website.

I bought Windows 10 Pro which worked fine for 4 days, but now Windows does not recognize the key. Windows says the activation key is invalid.

ImpKeys is a Trusted Supplier of Virtual Products since 2006

There are also allegations that the website is using an illegal hacking tool called "hacktool", a Windows or Microsoft Office key generator, to generate their keys. And, sooner or later, Microsoft will detect the keys as invalid.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their customer support is non-existent. They do not reply to emails I have sent. They will not correct their error on my order. I am out over $120 and they don't care.

Their site said Office 2016 was in stock.

I ordered it.

I got an email with the install link - which downloaded an office document stating they were out of 2016 and would offer me Office 365 instead.

I have emailed them.

They say they have 24/7 customer support, but there is no number to call.

I have printed out their emails to dispute the charge with my bank.

I purchased Office 2016 Professional Plus; received two different order numbers.

For each number I am sent to a so called download link.

All I received were two different Key Codes from a .dock file, but no product download.

I think the one or two commenters who stated they had no trouble were shills for the company.

I hit their link for Facebook & receive error code 404.

I fell victim on 11\28 and I bought MS Office 2016 for Mac.

I have yet to even have anything installed.

What a POS.

Thanks. The price made we wonder. When clicking on things caused Kapersky to label where I had attempted to go as a phishing website, I was more than a little suspicious.
