Zales Live Store located at zalesshop.store or zaleslive.store is a fake store claiming to sell jewelry. Online users are advised to stay away from the online store because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped from the untrustworthy online store are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

Zales Live is a scam. They are posing to be the American company zales but they’re actually based in China. As soon as I made the purchase I realized my mistake and won’t give you your money back. 2/3 of the jewelry pieces they sent me we’re not what I ordered. When I showed them a picture of what they sent me with the box they still wouldn’t give me any kind of refund. I’ve told the real company Zales about them and reported any ad of theirs on Facebook. Btw, their website no longer exists.
There is also zaleoutlet without the s. This is a fraud website.
