And, for online users who have already used their credit cards on the website, are asked to contact their banks for help. They should let their banks know that they have unknowingly used their credit cards on an untrustworthy website.

Hello, I am myself a victim of this rotten site, I have been waiting since September 16 for an order of 2 paddles that of course will never arrive. I contacted my bank, who explained to me that there was the possibility of being repaid. the procedure is a bit long but it is worth it.good luck to all who are in the same situation.jf Peria

It is a fraud. And I am an idiot. As I didn´t know the SUP real prices, I thought staruerl.com was a good deal... But they took the money and run. Funny thing is that they have a tracking tag where they make you believe your item is on its way to finally tell you it has been delivered to "your front door".They obviously don´t answer the phone they show in their fake online store website nor they answer the mails the provide for follow-up and questions. A total scum.
