I have also ordered an elevator on Jan.12 2019 and haven't received anything.
I even received a fraud alert from my credit card about the purchase which I ignored and selected to purchase anyways.

NOTE to self, if you receive a fraud alert go elsewhere to make a reputable purchase.

I ordered a self-cleaning cat litter box 2 months ago and have never received the product. No one will return calls or e-mails so I now have assumed they do not intend to ever send the product.

What I did get was a tiny flannel bed for a very small animal with no return address or info.

that is exactly my story! I had no idea why I rec'd the tiny little round bed. I think it's for a ferret maybe? I'm working with my cc company to get my money back.
