I have also ordered an elevator on Jan.12 2019 and haven't received anything.I even received a fraud alert from my credit card about the purchase which I ignored and selected to purchase anyways.NOTE to self, if you receive a fraud alert go elsewhere to make a reputable purchase.

Don't buy on this site, they are crooks. I ordered a big machine, and they sent me a IPhone cable! And they don't answer. Good luck is that Canda banking will reimburse me and ask the money back on their bank.DON'T TRUST THEM. The same with NewChic and Skying. Don't buy on those sites.
