Yes they are a rip off. They had shoes on their advertisement that I ordered and they sent me a cheap pair of shoes that were faux leather and nothing like the ones I ordered.

They provided a track number and status of shipment which was bullsh**t as well. stay clear away from these pigs.

Yep I ordered boots from Umshoop.com, NEVER AGAIN, total rip off. What I ordered and what they finally sent me was not the same as pictured on their website, and of course sending them back would cost too much according to them. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered shoes for my son in the first week of Dec.

    Didn't get them until January.

    Wrong shoes.

    These look like rubber.

Can't get them to respond to me or my son.

Don't get involved with this site.

Garbage as stated above. these are knock offs from their pictures on their website. Should be shut down. Plastic, vinyl and nylon are their substitutions for quality. Stay away.

    Umshopp is a scam!

Do not order from them. They will ship you cheap plastic shoes that stink like chemicals. They look nothing like their photos. Report them to your bank if you’ve already placed an order.

This company is a complete scam.

No understanding of what they show and sell must be the same.

Total b.s. and customer service is simply a way to try to say sorry but you bought it so you own it, not our problem.

$10 gift card was also offered to me.

STAY AWAY from this company, you will not be satisfied.

I had the same issue. Ordered a pair of men's gray distressed leather shoes, received a pair of plastic brown non-distressed shoes.

Contact customer service, after several email exchanges, they still have not offered me any return information. Instead, they offered me a $10 gift card.

Why, so I can purchase another pair of crappy shoes that look nothing like what I ordered?

All they keep saying is, but "the product is in good condition."

    Completely missing the point!

I have called my credit card company and stopped payment, the CC co refunded my money.

    So frustrating!

I purchased a pair a pair of engineer leather boots from umshopp.com and received something fake and nothing remotely resembling the picture.

I immediately sent them back to the shipper and still have not been granted a refund. They say I have to send back to the original shipper in China. Clearly not haste free and clearly a lesson learned.

However ,My question is why is Instagram and PayPal letting a fraudulent company advertise and connect a scam!?

Please do yourself a favor and RUN away from this so-called merchant! Ordered boots in early December, rec'd on 2/1 after many, many emails and threats to report them to our AG office. Quality is beyond poor!

As other comment said, "leather" was plastic, soles are just barely 1/8" thick. Color is so mottled it can't be described properly. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE.

I used PayPal but went ahead and cancelled/changed the credit card connected and I truly do not trust that merchant!

Umshopp must be breaking the trade description act , their shoes on delivery look nothing like the item advertised.

Also the size sent to me was was way too big . It took over sixty days to deliver. The shoes look like something you might expect from an orthotic dept . A total sham.
