I ordered a flow stabilizer for $40 and received a selfie stick in the value of $5, payd over PayPal. They do not realize that this is a system of scam. After my complains, they asked me to send the selfie stick back and gave me an adress in China. My costs to ship it back would be €43! To get back $40...

The reaction from PayPal is very disappointing! Shame on them!

Exact same thing happened to me, just a different product. Paypal should do more to reverse the charges.

I ordered a BladeX HDMI monitor from them on October 24th and have received nothing. I sent an email asking about the status, and immediately received a form letter response about overseas delays, etc, but it has now been 8 weeks. Another email to them resulted in exactly the same immediate response, so I have begun the refund process through PayPal.

I ordered a ShockStop Seatpost - "Add Suspension to Your Bike" for $34.90 USD from a Facebook advert which diverted to a website.

Ordered 25 October 2019 and I have received NO shipping information via email. No replies.

I look up the email from Paypal and find this, looks like a scam.

    Hi!

They deceived me too, they sent me a cheap selfie stick k07 instead Flow Stabilizer - The End of Shaky. Pay Pal replied that it is necessary to write a statement to the police and attach a copy to them. Let's create a chat support each other and pay pal will see how many of us are affected? together we are strong. If no one goes to the police to write a statement on them, then such scammers will further deceive people. Let's try to fend for ourselves and all firstly, we will write in pay pal about this company and secondly, we will contact the police. Although we are in different cities and countries.

SAINTINE Store is an absolute SCAM!

I just received my order for a 'flow stabilizer', the video of which shows the item to be a stabilizer - but that's not what I received. I received a cheap selfie stick.

!paid $39USD shipping. This company is NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

  • October 30, 2019 at 12:42 PM by an anonymous user from: Hamburg, Germany

I also ordered the "Flow Stabilizer" as offered on instagram. I got yesterday a selfie stick, which isn´t worth 5 €..I paid more than 47 € (including shipping costs) by PayPal.

    • October 30, 2019 at 11:04 PM by an anonymous user from: Vernon, British Columbia, Canada

I too just receive my 'flow stabilizer' which, just like yours, Ralf, turned out to be a useless and almost worthless selfie stick. Cheated and angry.

  • October 29, 2019 at 9:25 PM by an anonymous user from: Mascot, New South Wales, Australia

Same here - I ordered and paid for the "Flow Stabilizer" and received a short, cheap, and nasty 'selfie stick' instead.

Trying to lodge a PayPal dispute now...

  • October 29, 2019 at 2:10 AM by an anonymous user from: Seoul, South Korea

The exact same thing happened to me.

I also ordered the Flow Stabilizer gimbal after seeing their instagram adverts.

I paid through Paypal and am currently in the process of filing a complaint because I received the $20 selfie stick that I didn't order.

Hopefully we can get this scam store and their paypal account exposed for the untrustworthy con artists they are to prevent others from making similar mistakes.

I'll come back and let you all know how Paypal decides my case.

  • October 28, 2019 at 8:19 PM by an anonymous user from: Rockville, Maryland, United States

Same thing happened to me. I ordered the Flow Stabilizer worth $45 then I received a selfie stick worth $18. (That’s what it says on the package at least). I tried to track the package through my email that sent by the Saintine but when I click the button to view my order the “error” message appears. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE PLEASE! Save your money!

  • October 28, 2019 at 12:31 PM by an anonymous user from: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

SCAM! they took out $45 for the flow stabilizer and then went ghost! Store no longer available. I've already started a dispute with pay pal

  • October 25, 2019 at 6:53 AM by an anonymous user from: Porto, Portugal

    Good afternoon,

I'm having the same problem, I ordered a Flow Stabilizer - The End of Shaky Videos × 1

and I received a selfie stick.

The payment method was PayPal, I hope to get my money back.

what should I do? send an email to the store? or just ask the money back to paypal?

    • October 25, 2019 at 7:12 AM by info

Try contacting the store first, and if you are unsuccessful, open a dispute with PayPal.

  • October 24, 2019 at 10:06 AM by an anonymous user from: Poitiers, Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France

    It's a fake. I order a flow stabilizer I receive a selfie stick! Don't order this website

  • October 24, 2019 at 9:05 AM by an anonymous user from: Chicago, Illinois, United States

Yup. I feel welcome in your club of biting on the inexpensive gimbal. I have already started proceedings through Paypal to achieve a refund. Remarkably, I may have also purchased mine on the same day! It would appear their online advertising budget was really working that day.

  • October 18, 2019 at 8:08 AM by an anonymous user from: Rotterdam, South Holland, Netherlands

Exactly the same here. Also the 30th of september. I as well have send an email to customer support nut they haven't had the decency to reply to me yet.

Also I haven't received any item, I get the 404 error page and is the phone number not working.

  • October 15, 2019 at 4:41 PM by an anonymous user from: Copenhagen, Capital Region, Denmark

I have the same problem. I ordered a gimbal the 30th September, and now the page to show my order have been showing “404 page missing” for a week or more..

I wrote costumer support and got this back:

“Sorry, we didn't reply you ASAP. your package is on the way. It's sent from china.

because It's international transportation, It's will take some time, The Tracking No. will update after a few days.

the delivery time will be different from country to country, especially considering the customs time and different post-delivery service in different countries.

considering about above situation, It won't update this frequently. It depends on the post service. It will take weeks. Or less. But the parcel is actually moving even without tracking No. updating.

we will make sure the package will be sent to your hands. thanks for your patience and kindness. “

I’m thinking to write PayPal and try to get my money back. Have anyone got their money back?

    • October 17, 2019 at 9:06 AM by an anonymous user from: New York, United States

Unfortunately, I made the same mistake on the same day.

I too received "404 page missing" a few weeks after but the order did show up 2 days ago, except it is not the gimbal I ordered. The item was a selfie stick that may cost $10 at the most. I e-mailed the support for a full refund and I will reach out to Paypal to dispute the payment.

I will never order anything from Instagram again...

  • October 15, 2019 at 11:17 AM by an anonymous user from: Fort Worth, Texas, United States

I ordered a gimbal and paid through PayPal also. I did receive a confirmation email and a shipment notification about a week later.

My tracking information was invalid. I originally thought I just needed to wait a few days for their system to update. It's coming from china after all. Who knows what their shipping systems are like. A week later it still shows invalid. Now the order confirmation page shows 404 missing page error. Looking really bad now.

    • October 15, 2019 at 3:51 PM by an anonymous user from: New York, United States

Yeah, same here for exactly the same item. I raised it with Paypal and hopefully, they will be able to help!

  • October 15, 2019 at 4:35 AM by an anonymous user from: Melbourne, Victoria, Australia

The link to my tracking page is now showing a 404. It doesn't look good. Has anyone requested a refund through Paypal?
