Is SAFishing a Scam? Review of the Face shield Website

Over the past year three people in my family have ordered face covers from there and we have not had any issues. 2 of the orders were at least a year ago. The latest order was about a month or so ago and the shields were received and there were no problems at all.

I wouldn't be surprised that a small business may have issues with shipping face shields.

You also can't buy a sewing machine right now and both are completely normal in this period of time.

It almost seems like there are two different web sites out there. The one that so many of you have had issues with. And another that I've ordered from multiple times over the course of five years. I've never had any issues with product or service. The quality is just as good as any out there. The shipping is timely. Less that two weeks. Just got my last order, and I plan on ordering again next month.

The customer service at SA Fishing (SA Gear) is horrible. You have to contact them through chat and they say they want to help but will do nothing to correct the issue. I originally tried to contact them on the day I placed my order and sent email with no response. I finally was able to to get a response 3-4 days later but they said they could not cancel my order and I would have to ship it back after I received it even though DHL and USPS had not received it yet, according to tracking. You can't get them to tell you if you just send it back or if you need a return authorization to get your refund.

If you want hassle free, quick shipping and good customer service then this is not the company that you want to deal with.

Ordered the buy 1 get 4 free face Shields and received my order within a week. Will use it again.

I ordered 5masks on 4th April 2020 still nothing 10th June never order anything from this site again hard to contact and email address doesn’t work 😡🤬

Hi - I ordered a series of face shields from them around December - arrived in about 8 days....no issues whatsoever. Just about to order another sest

I place a order on 4/8/2020, over 40 days latter I never got my order try to contact them but never return my email or call, yes this is a scam

Same here. I ordered on 4/23, still haven't received my order. Website shows order was completed and shipped. USPS says they are still waiting on the package to deliver.

The same, ordered Apr 15, no email tracking number and nobody ever answers me. I am reporting it to my bank as fraudulent

Beginning to think this is a scam. Ordered 5 masks last month, they immediately charged my credit card and have heard nothing else from them. The phone # does not work, nobody ever responds to their online chat and they also don't respond to facebook messages either. Going to give it to the end of the week, otherwise I will be disputing charges with my credit card company.

Same situation. It’s been over a month. They turned their phones off and their chat is as much a scam as the entire company. I expect to see them on an upcoming episode of American Greed.

not a scam just bad shipping times. I've been ordering from SA for over a year now, before the pandemic it was quick to ship, but most companies that sell masks of any type are having shipping and processing times.

Yep same here. Total scam taking advantage of people because of the pandemic. They robbed me of over $100.

Everything I ordered came with logos on all of SAFISHING,I chose 5 masks out of about 60 choices. Took about 8 days to receive them.

I ordered a month ago. Cannot ever get ahold of anyone with this company.

No they don’t send your items even after you call them but they take your money

I received my order, although one mask looked nothing like the one I ordered, and another one they replaced with a totally different design. Then they sent me a discount code that didn't work (not that I was going to actually order another mask, the quality is c**p). I wouldn't waste my money on these.

SAFishing is a legitimate website. It is safe to do business with them.

Really! Then why haven’t I received my masks that were ordered over one month ago?! Also NO response from their support team through the website. It seems like a TOTAL scam to me.
