Over the past year three people in my family have ordered face covers from there and we have not had any issues. 2 of the orders were at least a year ago. The latest order was about a month or so ago and the shields were received and there were no problems at all.

I wouldn't be surprised that a small business may have issues with shipping face shields.

You also can't buy a sewing machine right now and both are completely normal in this period of time.

It almost seems like there are two different web sites out there. The one that so many of you have had issues with. And another that I've ordered from multiple times over the course of five years. I've never had any issues with product or service. The quality is just as good as any out there. The shipping is timely. Less that two weeks. Just got my last order, and I plan on ordering again next month.

The customer service at SA Fishing (SA Gear) is horrible. You have to contact them through chat and they say they want to help but will do nothing to correct the issue. I originally tried to contact them on the day I placed my order and sent email with no response. I finally was able to to get a response 3-4 days later but they said they could not cancel my order and I would have to ship it back after I received it even though DHL and USPS had not received it yet, according to tracking. You can't get them to tell you if you just send it back or if you need a return authorization to get your refund.

If you want hassle free, quick shipping and good customer service then this is not the company that you want to deal with.

I ordered 5masks on 4th April 2020 still nothing 10th June never order anything from this site again hard to contact and email address doesn’t work 😡🤬
