Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.     Ordered a 17-tool "kit" which was to have come with 17-dewalt tools, 4 tough box cases, and 11 other pieces including batteries and charges. What arrived was a cheap bracelet.

    I don’t understand how nothing can be done, there web site is STILL up, can’t anybody “follow the money”

    If nobody can catch them then why isn’t everyone doing a scam???

      LOL the BBB has no authority to do anything. It's just a another "business" if you want to call it that, that just giving ratings that are worthless. Their ratings can be bought.
