Zarazn located at zarazn.com is an untrustworthy online store claiming to sell power tools. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

    Order ID: 21022

    Date Added: 28/12/2019

I ordered there special, "DEWALT 20V XR 17 PIECE PLATINUM KIT WITH 5 X 5.0AH LI-ION BATTERIES, 2 CHARGERS AND 4 X TOUGH SYSTEM BOXES NONO48" for Model # NONO48 @ $69.95.It took a very long time for them to come from China and the package only contained one (1) pair of Ray Ban sun glasses with the packing slip that said (DEWALT 20V XR 17 PIECE PLATINUM KIT WITH 5 X 5.0AH LI-ION BATTERIES, 2 CHARGERS AND 4 X TOUGH SYSTEM BOXES), NO tools just sunglasses. If they kow the different between tools and sun glasses they shouldn't be in business. That is a SCAM.

I bought tools from them and they sent me a bracelet. Emailed them 3 times before getting a response saying that the wrong item was sent (that is what I told them 3 times). They said that they would resend my purchase. After another month and 4 more emails, they finally told me that they would give me a credit voucher to use at 1 of 4 online stores. Only 2 links worked and they didn't have anything that I wanted on needed.

After another 30 days, they that the shipping company had lost my order and offered a refund. However, they were going to subtract shipping X 2, a money exchange fee, and a restocking fee. Do they want to penalize me for trying to buy something from them? I just don't know how that could even be an option. It has been 3 days since I refused their generous offer. And guess what, no contact yet. I will update this review after I find out what they want to do.

    Good luck on this!

My son placed an order for tools on 01/02/20.

The tracking number we received was for a pair of Ray Ban Sun Glasses and was shipped from China.

I contacted Ray Ban and was told that Ray Ban only ships from US and Italy.

After trying to get a reply back from StoreZarazn regarding the order and not hearing back from them, I finally e-mailed them and told them the information I got from Ray-Ban and suggested that the sun glasses I received was a knock-off which is illegal.

Only then did I get a reply back from StoreZarazn.

After taking pictures of the items and original packing that the sun glasses came in I was told that they reshipped the tools and gave me another tracking number.

    Now, however,

the post office tells me that since the tools is coming from China, it will probably be held up in Customs because of the virus crisis that is in China.

The post office tells me that it is possible that I will, again, receive something that I did not order.

    This company is unreliable.

I too have being scammed. I ordered tools and got cheap sunglasses

  • February 5, 2020 at 6:57 PM by an anonymous user from: Matthews, North Carolina, United States

All the comments I have read were almost identical to what our experience was. Ordered DeWalt tools before Christmas, received a cheap woman's bracelet been emailing back and forth to a "Teen Lee" apologizing for the mixup, will fix it, and blah, blah, blah. Now "Teen Lee' no longer "exists". Have corresponded to Zarazn since then and no replies. Definitely a SCAM!

    • April 16, 2020 at 7:22 PM by an anonymous user from: Springfield, Missouri, United States

I also have been talking to Teen Lee. My last response was 3 days ago by Teen Lee who told me that they would have to take out several fees and refund the rest if there is any.

As I have stated several times, I received a pair of "Ray-ban" sunglasses instead of the 20-volt Dewalt toolset that I ordered and paid for. documentation from my postal service shows that the package delivered to me on the 21st of Jan. at 4:20 pm weighed less than a pound. your records will show the weight of the package sent out bearing the tracking number that you provided LS214269566CN one of the tools would weigh 4 times more than the sunglasses I received I'm going to notify Facebook about this matter, if not concluded to my satisfaction promptly. I have given you and your company the benefit of the doubt. However, my patience is starting wain. and as time goes by, I start leaning toward this being fraudulent as opposed to a mistake.

    Make this right.

I went to the post office, they showed me documentation which proves the tracking number LS214269566CN is associated with the package delivered to my home on the 21 of January 2020. I also proves that that package weighed less than 1 pound.

    I ordered a toolset. DEWALT 20V XR 17 PIECE PLATINUM KIT WITH 5 X 5.0AH LI-ION BATTERIES, 2 CHARGERS AND 4 X TOUGH SYSTEM BOXESNONO481$69.95$69.95

And your company got the money from my account. I realize the holiday season is a busy time of year for you, and that mistakes happen. That being said I would very much appreciate you sending me my correct order or a prompt return of the $69.95

    thank you

It's not just Zarazn, they have other names they use too. I ordered the DeWalt set on Jan 12, 2020 and on Jan 13, 2020 I received an email with the order confirming the order. Well, guess what, I got a pair or FAKE "Ray-Ban" sunglasses today {02/01/2020}. Far cry from a DeWalt tool set.

Just goes to show, check out the website before you get caught up in the scam too. The old saying goes, "If it looks too good to be true, it probably is false!"
