Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

They sent me "junk" from China, did not work, parts were broken, etc., generally a piece of c**p for $57, it was suppose to be a 15 piece shoe box setup, oh the video ad was great; the piece not nearly like it. The materials were so far less than bad quality, even if there weren't broken parts it could not be assembled. They said I could get my money back after I spent $150 to send it back to China! Of course that way I would only loose $100 instead of $57, sure, I'll take that offer, NOT! Besides this NON return policy, UPSS, UPS, FedEx isn't shipping anything to China right now because of the virus anyway, or even in the near future. Be warned, this is the only satisfaction you may get, giving an honest review.

Open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.

I purchased these shoes also, just got them 02-23-2020; the package is cheap garbage...you get a plastic paper with tiny little plastic doors, just junk. I want a refund. They do not answer any e-mail. Fraud company. Hope they drop dead.
I purchased shoe boxes from your company. I thought that I ordered the ones that they advertise on facebook where the guys stands on them. To my surprise I received 6 boxes that mu Grandson who is 2, his shoes won't fit in them. I have been sending e-mails almost every day asking to PLease give me information to send them back. So far no luck. Can you help me. I purchased them on January 10, 2020. You have my money and I hate the product that I received.Gayle O.
