The 2nd attempt of the order was held as 'Pending' on my account at asbetregoods.com, meanwhile the charge did go to my credit card.A couple attempts to straighten out my order with customer service at asbetregoods and I was assured my order would be processed. They ask for my patience. 3 weeks later I received a package with the tracking number that asbetregoods sent me in an email. The package contained a fake Cartier platinum 'Love' ring. I contacted customer support several times and finally received a response from them asking for pictures of the item and shipping package so they can 'figure' this out.While I have my credit card company involved, I am still waiting for a refund.
