I bought a north face bag in November. No item arrived. I asked the company to send money back. The company offered to give me 30% back because they had to pay the post? I asked my bank to solve this roblem and even thou it lasted nearly 2 month I got money back.

Ordered from them and 50 days later still have no product. Email doesn't work and irishsetterstore.com is not accessible.
