Is Hoverboardenus a Scam or an Untrustworthy Store?

I think that I may have scammed. I ordered 2 hoverboards from hoverboardenus.com and haven't received them yet and it been over 2 weeks now. I have tried contacting them and with no reply. Do you know if that online store is fraudulent?

Yes. This site is a scam. They send you cheap nock off item instead of your hooverboard

I ordered a hoverboard 12-2-2019 received my order 1-4-2020 which was not what I ordered. received a necklace not a hoverboard.

The website is untrustworthy because it is associated with orders@customerservicesglobal.com, which is an email address associated with hundreds of untrustworthy online stores. If you have already made a purchase on the untrustworthy website, please open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
