They are TERRIBLE.an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userDec 1, 2019 at 4:30 PM by Is scollor.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Phoenix, Arizona, United StatesScollar is the WORST service that I've ever had from an online company. Their customer service representatives are horrible. I initially asked them if their pants and jacket ran smaller than the normal size in the United States. They told me that their clothes do not run smaller and suggested that I purchase the size I normally wear. 2 weeks later; I received my clothes and they were extra tight and too short. They would not give me a number to contact them, so we did all communication via email. I had to send numerous photos and they told me that I would have to pay $20 to send the clothes back and they would give me my money back in 4-6 weeks. I would've only gotten the $99 for the purchase price of my clothes and not the $20 that I would've spent to send the clothes back. They are humongous scam artists. They also suggested that I should give the clothes to someone for a Christmas present and repurchase the clothes I want. All in all, I was scammed and they did absolutely nothing to help me. SHOPPERS....BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. I have all the emails to prove that they would not help me, even though I'm a 26 year veteran. If I need to upload the emails, I will do it. These people are only out for themselves. Mandy and Karmen customer service skills are terrible. BEWARE OF MANDY AND KARMEN AND SCOLLAR!an anonymous userhttps://www.onlinethreatalerts.com/users/#an-anonymous-userJun 18, 2019 at 5:09 PM by Is scollor.com an Untrustworthy Online Store?an anonymous user from: Central Kootenay, British Columbia, CanadaScollor.com is horrible, they sent me really damaged used goods the wrong size items and didn't send the most expensive item. It costs $5 to ship to North America and $155 to send the same package back to China more than the order was worth, so because of that PayPal would do nothing unless the items were returned; not even refund or do anything about the jacket they never sent.Excluding the wrong size items and only accounting for the ripped pants and no jacket scollor and PayPal ripped me off for $70 USD.
