The website, annjolies.com, is an untrustworthy online store. Online users are advised to stay away from the untrustworthy website because those who shop from it run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded. They should also have their banks help them prevent the cybercriminals who are operating the website from continuously charging their credit cards.

Same with me got scammed...lesson learned. Went back to check my order and I did it correctly...nothing to indicate what I was actually sent. Now I check independent reviews and not what they post.
Don't order anything from them, had the same experience as the previous comment.Ordered two on the garden benches and no benches after numerous e-mails was told my order shipped. I'm in California and they say my order was delivered to PA which was to ab address I gave them and told me to check my order. I told them to check my paper work as there is no PA address on them.I now got to garden bags with my address but no benches, and now there not even answering my emails and they don't give any phone numbers.
Exactly the same thing that happened to me! I have e-mailed them several times and have gotten to response. I also have a garden tool bag and no garden seat!
I like working in the garden but over the years need some help with the bending over. This company was flashing pictures of the Garden kneeler and seat all over face-book. Actually two for the price of one. Great Deal? Huh! Well, I said great and ordered in May. Trying to track your order with them is like being in a mouse maze. I sent them an email in June to cancel my order, taking too long. They tried to blame on COVID 19. I said no because found out that Amazon had some in stock.I contacted my credit card company and told them to cancel the order and get my money back. Since then, Annjolies sent me a package in the mail with two tool pouches. No bench/kneel r anywhere.My Credit card company is working on getting my money refunded. I should have checked the status of this company and would have found this out. Better to deal with Amazon or Walmart, companies you know, can trust, and give you legislate dates for getting your purchase. Do not order from this company.
Same here, got scammed like the rest of you, received a garden bag and no kneeler. When I contacted them via email, they claimed that's all I ordered. Well I will never get fooled like that again.

Ordered one of the garden stools early in June...have sent many emails...have never received a reply or acknowledgement of any kind.
Same here. I ordered two Garden Kneelers on June 5th. Last week I received a small package with two small tool holder bags, nothing near the size shown in ads. I live in Fort Worth. I guess I will have to get my bank involved.
Ordered a garden stool from annjolies. $20.00. Cannot talk to them or find my prouduct. Never received the stool or any comment about shipping. Would like the stool, or a refund...
Right there with you. It sounded too good to be true. I received tow VERY small tool bags last week. But no indication of kneelers. Guess we were scammed. I ordered tow!Jean Fort Wort Texas 6/27/20
