Is Shop ePods at buy-epods.com a Scam?

I ordered from Shop ePods (buy-epods.com) when I saw a post from Bhad Babie and got the express shipping. I tried tracking my order number and it says there isn't an order and its been over a week and I still haven't received them! I also contacted them about THREE times and no response! Now the website is down and has a message that says "Shop ePods Coming Soon...Be the first to know when we launch."
