Is Mauro Consulting at mauroconsulting.net a Scam?

The website, mauroconsulting.net, is a scam. The fake website has been sending out "Pre-Suit Litigation Notice" emails to potential victims claiming they are "being charged by the city". The emails came from notice@mauroconsulting.net and contains an attachment with the name "PRE-SUIT Litigation Notice.docx".

The website, mauroconsulting.net, has been shutdown. It appears the website no longer exist.
