Same here. You don't know who you're buying from..no name...no info...not true to size...way too small. Not high waist fit at all...I need xlsize...be cautious. Scams...
I had to cancel my card because of this crooked company, be warned!
It’s been two months with no product delivery. Sent at least five inquiries. Always get a quick return with a tracking number. However the tracking number is not valid.
Exactly the same response I received in their last response. I put the wrong address
I order back in July and did not receive them yet so they are a bunch of scammers who like to scam people out of there money. why does Facebook do something about these companies that come on there sight and scam people out of there money?
I ordered the shoe helper, when it arrived it was much smaller than what it looked like on the add. so much for their 30-day money-back guarantee. They told me the postage would be too expensive to return the product for a refund and offered me a discount on my next order. As if I'm going to order again. So I told them what I thought and then they offered me a $6.00 refund when my order was $29.99. They are a doggy company. would not order anything from them again.
I ordered the nail clipper on June 10. Still have not received. Get total run-around when I try to contact them. Looshore is a scam!
I ordered it on June 8 and got it today. It does not work - there's no on/off button. Big rip off.
I ordered 2 products. 1. A torch/flashlight, advertised as the most powerful ever and the advertisement of the torch showed it to be incredibly powerful and gave amazing light...what I received was a little thing about 6cm long that was weaker than a kids toy! Cost $39,00 2. Their (again) incredibly super rubberised tape that could seal the hole in the Titanic...what I receved was a standard roll of white insulation tape that you can buy in a hardware store. Cost $29,00I received the torch/flashlight first and then realised there is a problem and all attempts to contact them and cancel the tape were futile.
I ordered the nail clipper. It took over a month to receive it. When it arrived, we put batteries in it and it would not work. I tried another set of batteries and still nothing. When I complained they wanted me to take a video or photos of the product and the packaging. I asked them to return my payment. They continue to e-mail and text me, but have not done anything to replace or credit.
This company is a big scam
