The website is a fake, malicious, and phishing USPS website operated by scammers that steals personal and financial information. Contact whoever issued the card and theyll open a fraud case. You'll get a new card and they'll refund any money lost. I'd also monitor your credit reports and make sure they're not opening new accounts with your info. Its annoying but fairly painless if caught early.
