Is AQphone a Scam or an Untrustworthy Store?

I have make a purchase from Aqphone located at www.aqphone.com for the AQphone folderable mobike phone. The order(#1549) was confirmed on April 6 2019. The confirmation email stated that standard shipping usally takes 3-5 week for all order to arrive. But until now I have not recieved anything or hear from an AQphone representative via support@AQphone.com. I know I'm being scammed and do not know what to do and where to seek help.

Although it seems too late because it has been almost 9 months, open a dispute with your bank to have your money refunded.
