Placed my order for an Ergonomic Desk × 1 at $14.95 on 9 October 2020. They replied to one of my emails requesting a tracking number but never sent the number. Thereafter I had no reply from my follow-up emails. Seems like they stole my money.

Same thing happened to me. They did not send tracking or my table. It is almost a year ago I placed my order. They are just scamming and stealing money!

Scam. Same as others received a random ring, didn’t think twice about it. I guess it’s their way to get a tracking number for a .25 ring. Avoid at all costs. I did get a refund through PayPal however.

Same as everyone else. Including getting a random ring thing through the post. At the time, I couldn't see where it was from (and to be honest I was too busy/preoccupied with other things to really investigate. I just put the ring to one side and got on with life). Anyway, I will report it to my bank. Not holding my breath!

On a separate note, where did you see this company advertised? I originally saw it on Facebook. I will report to them about what happened and be sure not to allow this company to use their platform to advertise again.

I ordered the desk nov 3 and have not yet received it. I did receive a very small package with a ring sizer in it last week. the label was covered with another label and I carefully removed the outer label where I found a return po box address from barg phill Thailand. I then noted the yggdrre name but difficult to see. thats where I did my research and found my email order with the name of my desk I ordered. I have been emailing the co for months without return message from them.

I also ordered 2 ergonomic desks, I ordered them 06 October ‘20. Before Christmas I received a generic response from them about longer shipping due to Covid etc. I now cannot get a response from them and they have deleted their emails. But now I know for sure that I have been ripped off as I saw your post about the ring sizer, which I received 2 of before Christmas. I am going to contact my bank to see if a recovery can be made but I’m certainly not holding my breath!

Same! It is now March 12, 2021, and I never received my shipment.

Mine was also the Emporiumz Ergonomic Desk!! Paid through Paypal & emailed them thrice at yggdre-customermailsupport.com!

I JUST got a refund from Paypal. I’d encourage to contact them.

I'm in the same situation as you. I bought exactly the same product by the end of November 2020. Never received my product. I sent them multiple emails, however, they sent an automatic reply.

I'm afraid I have also been scammed by the same people. Ordered an item 0n 19th Oct 2020 (6 mths ago) & received a confirmation of my order. I have emailed them twice since & there's been no response from them, nor have I received the item.

Ordered 2 x Ergonomic Desks on 26 November last year, till now hasn't received my order though have tried numerous email to yggdre-customermailsupport.com every time replied the order is on the way. I have paid $36.90 my order #NE33351 will I get my refund though I have sent more 10 emails till no reply

How will you get your refund? I bought the same product in November last year. I'm from Chile, I just realized it's a scam. I don't know how to get my money back. They replied the same that my product was on the way, but never arrived.

Also ordered the ergonmic desk off facebook market place. No delivery and no response to emails.

I also ordered the Ergonomic Desk. mon 24th November 2020. I received a small envelope with a silver (not real silver) ring. There are no replies to my emails. This company advertised on Twitter. Twitter should also take action against this FAKE FRAUDULENT company.

Order on January 15 2020 nothing delivered yet only tracking number provided. No reply to my email. Shopify should take action on this.

Same bad experience, ordered and paid on 22/11/2020, nothing has been delivered since then and no answer to my emails although I got the tracking number showed it arrived the destination city on 13/12/2020.

Bought 2 ergonomic laptop desks on 11/27/20 and only received the silver ring everybody else is talking about and no laptop desks. I also went round and round for weeks via email and was told 3-6 weeks every single time. It’s now 10 weeks and no product yet they took my money on the day I made the purchase. They no longer respond to any of my emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB and will contact my bank to dispute the charge and hopefully get my $35 returned. So frustrating that these were Christmas gifts for my two teenagers. What a shady company to have no form of communication except via email.

I had the same exact experience with the 1$ ring instead of Emporiumz® Ergonomic Desk. It is terrible that Facebook is advertising this scam. I would have not paid if it wasnt advertised in Facebook market place. Does anyone know how to complain to Facebook about it? Does anyone complained so far?

The same to me. I just received a $0.1 ring from a called KAAB International in Estonia and I had no idea why. Now I understand,reading the comments here.
Luckily I made the payment through PayPal and PayPal investigated the matter and at the end they refunded the money.
