Cozyzon located at cozyzon.com is an untrustworthy online store operating under the name Cozyzon Company Limited. Online shoppers run the risk of receiving counterfeit goods or nothing at all from the same store. Unsatisfied online users who have shopped on the untrustworthy website are asked to contact their bank or financial institution to have their transactions canceled and money refunded.

This company is a scam. Ordered a wind spinner for a total of $65.90. I have never received the product and all I get is messages talking about shipping delays. Please check out on the internet before ordering anything.

They have been doing this grift for awhile now. I also should have checked out the site before I ordered. Seems they were doing this type of thing before the pandemic. The contact number and address are fake. The name of the company that owns it is a take from Peaky Blinders.
I initiated a claim for not receiving the masks and they immediately replied " Sorry, covid, blah blah blah we will ship within 2 days" got tracking order and a month later it arrived. They looked nothing like the pictures and one is unusable. Changed my claim on PayPal and they immediately replied with offer of partial. I paid almost 60$ and they offered me 17$.
Not even a refund for a whole mask that is nonfunctional. I refused and will fight them on PayPal. The lesson here, if I had taken 5 minutes and looked up the name I would have seen it right away. If you use PayPal, claim with them, and fight it. They are a con job period and not a real company. They can make thousands by doing this.

Do not order anything from this company, I lost 100.00 dollars on two cat comforters that were not even comforters, they were two pieces of cloth sewn together by what looks like a 5yr old, I am unable to reach customer service for a refund. I can't tell you how p****d I am. I am trying to shut them down on Facebook. Now, I don't see their ads because they know I'm on to them. Just don't do it people!

Well to whom it may concern I order merchandise from this company back in June and I haven't heard or receive any kind response or my merchandise I have been reaching out to that company on several occasions but still haven't heard anything from this company so if I were you don't order anything from this company

Placed an order with this company, they shipped a completely different item. Had to follow the PayPal dispute process as a refund was not forthcoming and they are unresponsive. We believe this company is run by scammers!

Items were not what I ordered. They were anything but cozy. Took about 6 weeks to be delivered. I would NEVER purchase from cozyany again. I received long-sleeved t-shirts that I could have bought from any substandard store.
