So I ordered mine two days ago and when I went to go check the website today it said it was unavailable and something went wrong, so I emailed them today and called but nothin yet so I’m worried that I got scammed and have to close my card cause I’m afraid that they might steal my info so I was wondering should I wait it out or close my account???

Its a scam site will send super short lights with no remote

The same thing happened to me I emailed them and I thought that after you by it you can’t look up the website anymore so I tried on my sister's phone and it still didn’t work I think they are completely shut down

please close ur account. Mine came about 2 months later. They are barely 2 feet long and they are all the same color.

I ordered mines December 9th and just got them yesterday they didn’t even send a tracking number or anything and when they come it doesn’t even come with a remote and imma plug them up later it was all a SCAN

Same, it tells you that it’ll take about four days to be delivered to your home. Then after a week I went back to the website and I read 2-3 weeks. It’s been a month, when I call the number the line is always busy. I heard about this company through TikTok and I’m pretty sure we were all scammed.

I ordered this around the first 5 days of December. It’s the 17th, I still haven’t gotten a response nor an email from Tevanti. I’ve tried calling their customer support number, but it’s fake & doesn’t work. I emailed them twice with two different emails, no response. Please don’t fall for this scam, it’s not real!!!!

Omg, same I ordered it on the 11th of December, and it is now January.

I saw someone talking about it on social media, They said that you can get LED lights and that you only had to pay the shipping fee. I checked out the website which was tevanti.com and I decided to buy some. After I ordered the led lights they did send me an email say that the order was confirmed and they gave me an order number. They also said that the tracking number should be sent shortly afterwards and that I could use this app called SHOP to track my order. I’m pretty sure it’s a scam because 9 days have gone by and I haven’t heard anything from them and there’s no way to track the package. I’ve tried calling them and before it used to say that the line was busy now the call is not going through at all. When I try emailing them I never get a response. If you guys have any information about it please get back to me

Have you tried contacting your bank and getting a refund

You can get a refund from your bank it this happens I didn’t know that
