Is Lochest a Scam Online Store Selling Toilet Paper?

I fell for the ad for Charmin toilet paper from Lochest because I had not been able to find toilet paper for sale locally. This purchase was made in March and to date (5-28-20) I have received nothing from Lochest.

I ordered the same package on March 24th and have not received anything nor do I have any way of contacting these people. Definitely a scam if you ask me!

I am also a victim of this company. I orderd what they advertised as a package of Charmin toilet paper and a package of Bounty paper towels. What I received nearly 2 months later was as others described. It was a 5 x 13 package with 10 tiny rolls of some kind of tissue rolls with no hole in the middle. The name on the package was Bamboo.

I ordered toilet paper on March 22nd and they billed my credit card immediately which I thought was odd, as companies usually don't bill until the merchandise is shipped. I called my credit card company today and they are looking into this. They will take it off my credit card. I asked how they did this, and they will charge back to the scammer's account.
If this has happened to you, call your card company and report it. It's a shame that people are being taken advantage of during these uncertain times.

Rip off! False advertising. Advertised Charmin Ultra soft Mega rolls. Received the tiniest rolls I've ever seen. They don't sell them this small is U.S. Delivery time was 1 month which they don't tell you. They are shipped from China! Also only part of the order arrived

Ordered 3/23 toilet paper and have never received....cancelled payment on my card!

I ordered the toilet paper on March 22nd and received it today 4/8/2020. What I received was 10 oblong rolls of toilet paper that came from China. Cannot be put on a toilet paper holder. As soon as I received notification of delivery, they took access to website off. These people are ripoffs. Don’t waste time with them.

I placed an order with them on March 21, 2020 at 9:52 p.m.my time, and I would like to know if there is anyway that I could get my money back also, and if so how do I go by doing so?
