Agree. Very bad quality. And thy do not refund your money.

There should be some way to shut this company down. Fighting thru PayPal isn't the answer because PayPal is making me resolve the issue with what the seller has offered. I can ship the junk that is just sewn on a cap, no lace front, different for what is advertised, not real, for probably about $30. OR, keep the junk and get a percentage of my money back. Where is the Justice for the lies and deceit? I can't get all of my money back. Obviously this company initially sends customers fraud wigs because this site is loaded with same complaints. PayPal won't do anything with these companies out of the country. This company lied and stated they were in NY. That's even worse because I have gotten scammed the same way and have tried to stick with US sellers. Everything I buy will just be thru Amazon. I'm sick on these Chinese rip offs and PayPal.

Terrible, wig was nothing like the one I ordered

I experience the same as the last two, ordered African-American curly short wig, received long straight wig, sent email explaining the problem, there is a little difference between ads and real products, that's not how a company should operate, I kept e-mailing I would get the same message back stating the refund policy somehow I finally got an address that would take up almost he full front of an envelope,to send it back for refund #for a Mr LI in China,I paid $47 for the wig cost over $17 to send back,now I just gave away over $60, waited to hear back contacted CicI wigs as they received the information and as soon as they received the items they will refund my money,been two months now I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this company wish I read complaints before I ordered
Don't order from this company until you read company complaints,that taught me to read about all companies in future

I would love to warn others that this store has falsely advertised their products and the product received does not match the description (hand tied & human hair was not.) The hair was machine sewn in rows to a highly visible cap. The hair quality appeared to be good, but color was "off."
No response for return or refund.

I just had the same experiences. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB.

TERRIBLE customer service. My wig took weeks to arrive, and when it did, it was NOT what I ordered. They also do not provide a customer service number, so you have to email them, which takes time. When I informed them they sent me the wrong wig, they said, "There is a little difference between ads and the real product. We don't have the totally same product." So, in addition to bad customer service, you cannot trust what they advertise on their website. DO NOT ORDER!

I experienced the exact same thing! I received a cheap long blonde wig but ordered a curly dread locks style wig human hair. After emailing them for a month and trying to return this blonde wig that came back...they want to offer me 10% and keep the item. Are you serious!

I ordered three wigs that were supposed to be “human hair” and when they came in I was so disappointed. I was expecting the wigs to look like the ones I seen in the pictures and they look nothing like it. In just one day, the wigs are already dry, and starting to shed, if I wanted to buy synthetic wigs, I could’ve went to a costume store, THESE WIGS LITERALLY LOOK LIKE COSTUME WIGS! All I got to say is I was very disappointed and I should’ve trusted my instincts because when you see 90% off discount wigs and they seem to good to be true it’s because they are. Do not buy from this company because they are not trustworthy, they’re false advertising and it’s just a waste of you’re money. DO NOT buy from Cicwigs, they will scam you.
