They have another business name "Buyreal" which is what is listed with PayPal in my dealings with them. After weeks they had not shipped. I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my PayPal $$ and they replied that they would in 5-8 business days.The 10 days came and went. I sent another email and they did not reply at all. I they contacted PayPal to intervene. PayPal opened a dispute case and I sent them my invoice and e-mails. They gave loveinhome until today June 1st to respond. I was notified today that PayPal found in my favor and refunded my PayPal funds to my account.
