where is my order #us2-33113, we order this on MAY 4, 2020. cant get phone number email us back with a phone number
I ordered latex gloves from them on 4/16/20 and thought they were located in the USA, they aren't, they are in China. They have another business name "Buyreal" which is what is listed with PayPal in my dealings with them. After weeks they had not shipped. I emailed them to cancel my order and refund my PayPal $$ and they replied that they would in 5-8 business days. The 10 days came and went. I sent another email and they did not reply at all. I they contacted PayPal to intervene. PayPal opened a dispute case and I sent them my invoice and e-mails. They gave loveinhome until today June 1st to respond. I was notified today that PayPal found in my favor and refunded my PayPal funds to my account. This company is not to be trusted.
This company homeuseIng.com is a scam. They charged me $245 for an electrical saw and never delivered, neither answered my emails. Please stay away from these crooks, they charged me with PayPal under the name of Buy real or Supfashion. They don’t have a phone number. They’re scammers
I agree. I bought gloves from them under their name Buyreal and they never shipped. I finally got my money back from PayPal today. They are located in China.
Same phone number and story with Dogitems.com. Ordered, charged my card, never shipped items...disputed with my CC company but they sent me to PayPal since the charge showed as Paypal Buyreal. Still dealing with getting a refund from CC or Paypal.Dogitems.com, Buyreal, jameslu-chinabuyreal.com , supfashion, all seem to be tied. I checked the physical address listed on the website: 18351 Colima Rd. Unit 107, Rowland Heights, CA 91748, and its a postal box rental store in a strip mall.
This is most definitely a sham company. I ordered HandI Wipes and never received them. Since they accepted PayPal I thought the site was trustworthy. Not so. I filed a complaint with PayPal. We’ll see what happens.
Scam company! One month and I still have not received my order. This is a shady and scamming company
May 5, 2020. Lutz, FL. Same thing happen to me, I ordered some HandI Wipes and never received them. I should have know to check out this website before ordering, shame on me. Never use this seller or you will be sorry.
I also ordered some paper towels from loveinhome and when I got a confirmation that it was ready to be shipped, I assumed I would be receiving them very soon with a delivery date of May 1; when I got an email informing me it was delivered; I expected to see my order delivered; instead, I received a delivery from a company I ordered from earlier; it wasn't the order I expected; I never got my paper towels; I am so mad because I charged $61.60 for my order on my card; can't believe these people lied to me; I'm filing a complaint to Paypal and maybe the BBB!
I paid $61.60 for paper towels three weeks ago. Never received. I have filed a grievance with paypal. Unfortunately, I used a debit card so it would be VERY difficult to get the card to reverse the charge. The Web site gives a California address, but the phone number is Mainland China (I looked it up: 86-13738971444).Don't ever buy anything from this Web site. It also used buyreal as a company name.
I brought paper towels from them and never received it yet. So mad!
My pmt receipt reflects accounting-chinabuyreal.com, while their address is in San Diego, California. You won’t know this is a Chinese business until you pay. By then, it is too late. PayPal won’t refund your money. I ordered the item over 2 weeks ago. Neither I have received it nor they respond to my emails. Check BBB on them also. Lots of complaint. Before ordering from any online retailer, please check their website for address and working phone number. Also check BBB for any complaints. Don’t pay any attention to reviews. Reviews can be manipulated.
Please, stay away from this shady, scam company. I foolishly ordered paper towels at an inflated price out of desperation. After placing the order, I immediately changed my mind and TRIED to cancel before any shipping took place. While they removed the funds from PayPal within seconds after I placed the order, I got no response to my numerous emails. The phone number provided is false. I am angry that I allowed these scammers to take advantage of me. Low-level crooks!
I ordered paper towels and never got them. Plus, they never answer any phone calls or emails.I had TO GO TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND GET REIMBURSED.Stay away..scam artists
They are operating the untrustworthy website supfashion.com using the same telephone number and address.
I ordered a box of face masks; they were supposedly in stock. When I hadn't received a shipping notification by 2/13/20, I e-mailed customer service (there's no phone number on the website). I was told that the company was filling orders placed before minefair enough, as I could understand how there would have been many orders for face masks at that time. When I hadn't received a shipping notification after three weeks, however, I e-mailed customer service again to say I wanted an update. The e-mail I received in reply had Chinese characters in the subject line. Uh oh. "Amy" (if that is her real name) said that things were just beginning to stabilize in her country, then everybody would go back to work, and then they'd begin shipping. So if I could wait some time, she'd be grateful. This business deliberately deceived me. Why wasn't I told immediately that they are shipping from China and that there'd be a significant delay? The business address on the website is in California and the BBB provides a phone number, but don't bother calling; all you'll get is one ring and then a busy signal. Unless you enjoy being lied to and non-existent customer service, do yourself a favor and stay away.
I ordered a set of storage rack couplings. I paid through PayPal but never received any shipping update. I tried multiple times to contact them but never received an answerback. Would highly recommend that everyone stay away from this company.
