No Internet Connection Detected New York Department of Labor Email Missing Certification

I have received the email below from a email address. I don't get it, I've been certifying claims since I apply for UI and PUA since late March. Does it mean I miss a week of certification? If anyone can help, please leave a comment below or share your experience.

Just received one of those emails today. Love it that they show where to put your SS# in a bright red box. SCAM!

Second scam in a week-I also received a big check to perform a mystery shopper service. Sent the letter/check copies to the Post Master because this is mail fraud.

These fools are getting better-no poor spelling.

Do not fill this form out. never provide your full social security number to anyone online! I just received one two days ago. I almost filled it out until I realized I had to enter my full social security no. no longer allowed by law in NY. Hesitating over this reality, the page timed out and I was sent a second e-mail telling me the page had expired. this email now provided a sign into the document code (which was not needed). Very phishy! dol phone lines states, NY has allowed them to call you. But they will post any documents or requests on their message board available in your online unemployment account page. I do not believe they will send you an email. do not, under any circumstances, fill this form out.

I agree. The one time I was contacted by e-mail by NYS UI, it showed in the message box on my sign in page. Also, and this is just my opinion, docusign is used by the kids in addition to google classroom. It is to edit scanned docs, at least that is what we use it for. Be safe and do not fill this form out. I received it this morning.

definitely a phishing scam. just received this email myself. I've been collecting payments for a month already. don't follow any of these links. if you look at the actual link addresses, they are NOT official sites.

I received a letter that stated my information was compromised

I would NEVER enter any info or click on any LINK in an email like this
