Seems scammy. I had ordered a freezer. Took screenshots of the screens on checkout. Never got an email confirmation. I tried emailing support after creating an account, and I got an 'undeliverable' address. THEN I saw that their physical address was changed to the Alaska one. I had to get my card replaced, to avoid fraud charges. Note for the weary. I am annoyed bc I picked them up from GOOGLE Shopping. Darn!

I was about to order a freezer, but my gut said to check them out 1st. I went on the site, and at first, it looked legit. I noticed while going through the return/refund policy, that the support email address they listed in the refund section, was not the same as the support email address the have posted at the bottom of the page. I then decided to google the address listed, (448 E Pioneer Ave, Homer, AK 99603, USA), and it came up with an art boutique. Then I found this site and several of yall are posting a completely different address! Smells like a Scam to me!

I'm terrified right now! I ordered something last night and I'm freaking out! There is no way to contact them by email or phone. I'm on a fixed income and really cannot afford to fight these people. Of course this would happen to me.

Thanks! I kept getting a 503 error trying to make a purchase and thought I had better check it out. I'm glad I found this page!

Their address changed in the past days and now it's a permanently closed boutique. Be careful they're watching the complaints online to fix their obvious mistakes and look more legit. Just make it be known all around that they're a scam, and keep reporting them anywhere you can. Soturan.com, if you read this, you are run by idiots who make rookie mistakes, you have no chance lol.
