I ordered a teapot set and rack on July 5th they sent an e-mail saying it's been shipped. Still haven't got it. I got another 2 e-mails saying it's on its way. Its been a month and I have not received it. They no longer answer my e-mails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. In fact, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ANY FACEBOOK AD. THEY PROMOTE AND ALLOW THIS C**P.
I ordered kitchen pots and received the same replies as most of those posting here. It’s a scam and FaceBook should shut them out.
We ordered a set of cooking pots. After two months a cheap set of fingernail clippers arrived. Obviously not what we ordered. This is a total scam outfit. Why they are allowed to advertise that they are a legit business totally surprised me. DON"T waste your money or time on this outfit. They are crooks, totally untrustworthy. Wish they told us up front they were from CHINA!
May 7, 2020, ordered Lounger with Cushion and umbrella. June 6, 2020, received a 1' square picnic mat I returned the same day as received in the original envelope. All attempts to reach them were not successful. Then on June 23, 2020, I received an email message from Theresedian Ortizpnic stating I needed to wait an additional 15 days, the item was in transit....to date I am still waiting. I forward another email to the referenced email address demanding a refund. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Disappointed in Colorado.

I also got exactly the same - in May I've ordered a garden chair, and two days ago (29th July) got a piece of foam (a "picnic mat", according to the package label). Immediately started a dispute case on PayPal.

Hello! This is scam!!!I ordered one and I was delivered a completely different thing. I ordered a 3 in 1 scooter for my daughter and I was sent a magic cubewhich you can buy from ebay for £ 3 . I waited from April for him and came on July 9th. I am very angry and I will see if I can get my money back .I paid 19.80 pounds per cube !!! I advise you not to shop from this site.
