I put in an order, the order came VERY quickly (6 days) and the order was in pristine condition and wonderful. I then placed a second order and am now in the middle of a serious problem. They keep telling me the second order was delivered. I keep telling them the FIRST Order was delivered and the second order has NOT arrived after 3 weeks. Customer service is extremely slow and not very helpful. I am in a back and forth with them about the second order. I just want them to ship and get to the client. They billed her, but still no crystals after almost 4 weeks. So, I guess I would have to say, IF they actually send them, they are gorgeous and well worth the money. BUT, they may or may NOT send them I guess. I would avoid this company because of the ridiculous hassle. And, they spam the c**p out of your DM. The crystals are beautiful. It takes longer to receive your order depending on where you are located. I believe they are located in China. But I have always received my orders.
