Is Spirit Magicka a Scam? See the Reviews

I have had two different experiences with this company. First of all, I was buying for a client. I put in an order, the order came VERY quickly (6 days) and the order was in pristine condition and wonderful. I then placed a second order and am now in the middle of a serious problem. They keep telling me the second order was delivered. I keep telling them the FIRST Order was delivered and the second order has NOT arrived after 3 weeks. Customer service is extremely slow and not very helpful. I am in a back and forth with them about the second order. I just want them to ship and get to the client. They billed her, but still no crystals after almost 4 weeks. So, I guess I would have to say, IF they actually send them, they are gorgeous and well worth the money. BUT, they may or may NOT send them I guess. I would avoid this company because of the ridiculous hassle. And, they spam the c**p out of your DM. There is no phone number to call.

I have had about 5 orders over the last couple of years. It takes a few months for them to come in but it's worth it. The crystals are beautiful.
I didn't receive an item in my box once so customer care asked if I wanted a refund or for them to send another one, I opted for them to send me the item, I was very happy with it.

I have ordered from this company and their crystal 's are absolutely beautiful & authentic crystal's. It takes longer to receive your order depending on where you are located. I believe they are located in China. But I have always received my orders. I hope this helps those who are worried of the bad reviews.

It’s a scam… only got half my order after waiting six weeks and they refuse to refund it

I have ordered from them and recieved the goods which were nice. When one order did not arrive they did refund me. There is a long wait for delivery (a couple of months).

You probably irate. They have some of the best support I've ever seen. Also your orders come faster when you're nice to support. I get mine within 2 weeks in Canada....

With these prices it is very obvious that its a scam. It is not possible to source for these rates. Be aware

On August 6th, 2022, I ordered one kit of the 45 Crystal Super Pack - 16 Points, 9 Spheres & 20 Quartz Shards for $139.00; so with shipping, I paid $159.55. I reached out and they kept telling me, the shipping company said it was delivered September 6, 2022. Today is October 30, 2022 and I never received anything. I have contacted my credit card company to assist with this matter, I am very unhappy with the outcome of this.

If it is sent ups. You will owe duty possibly. And they hold it without letting you know it happened to me, my kit was here in 20 days. But had to pay UPS 26$ (in canada) I would have never known accept I called with tracking.

The items actually come but are usually not as pictured. The real scam comes if you pay for expedited shipping because it will not come within the expedited time. They say it takes between 4-8 days and I have been waiting for about 15 now.

The customer service sucks when I complained to refund 10% of my order- which really isn’t great but I figured why not any bit back helps.

My order was $130 and they refunded me $4….clearly they thought I wouldn’t notice. Do not buy from these scam artists

I've ordered from them twice and received both orders. Yes they aren't usually as pictured. And they do run small BUT go to a bookstore or shop that sells crystals and they want twice as much for the same size and quality. They are accurate in their description as long as you aren't hoping for more than what they say. If you are hoping for those rare priceless looking pieces you'll be disappointed.

Namaskar from Guyana. I was enjoying 'rock and crystals gem shows online. I really thought they were mature , stable and trustworthy speakers . Then I visited the spirit magika website which they recommended in the link below . They had a discount and I purchased 50 usd in crystals.
I received notification that the crystals are coming .
Later on I tried contacting them and also tried logging into my account but it just was impossible to.
Later on about 3 months after , I tried again to log in and was able to .My account showed that the crystals were delivered to me and that I received them..I emailed them and explained that I did not receive any crystals which ihad purchased and tgey in turn requested that I wait a little more.

It is now some 4 months since I paid hard earned cash to buy the crystals but they have not arrived .Communication is difficult . Also they have not changed my account which showing that it was delivered to me despite me asking them to delete that part. I am still waiting for replies from them.

I received one parcel of crystals on 14th July, 2022. They told that another parcel is on its way. If I am to receive both parcels soon then I can remove these online complaints

WOW! You got lucky, at least you got something. They said my package was delivered even though it was not and so I needed to contact my credit card company to get my money back. I was very upset that they kept stating, well it shows it was delivered and that was that basically. I was not happy and I paid over $150, nope I have to fight it now, it's principle thing to me. I want my money back since this is obviously a scam. $89.50 feeds me since I am a retired citizen. All I get us email with kittens and no product. Ordered 4/28/22 and YET to receive. Thanks TOO, PAY PAL. Don't ORDER!!!!!!!

I have ordered twice and received my orders. Yes it does take a month or two to arrive. In my first order one point was broken but they sent a replacement. Crystal are really nice.

Contrary to the rest of these reviews I ordered the 45 piece set and it arrived 2 months later as I was expecting. The quality of the crystals were very nice. I will be ordering the 56 piece set next. As long as you have patience it's a great deal.

Theyre not even real crystals

I ordered my son's 1st crystal set on this game site on December 2nd it still hasn't come. The crystals are still China. They said they're in the Cayman Islands, but obviously it's just junk from China! DON'T SEND THEM MONEY!

I ordered two separate orders from Spirit Magicka, an Amethyst Dark Crystal Wand and a 45 Crystal Super Pack, was sooo excited thought I'd gotten myself two amazing deals.

What I got myself was two expensive charges for nothing! The tracking shows my supposed packages traveling back and forth through the same cities in China!!

I have tried to contact them several times, every time they tell me to be patient. Then recently I received an email asking me to describe my purchase!!

The Amethyst Wand that I hadn't even received!!! I have emailed them, text through the Shop App and all I have gotten are the same comments about being patient.

I AM DONE!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND THEN YOUR TIME!!! TOTAL SCAM!!!!

SpiritMagicka does NOT honor their own return policy. Moreover, their customer reviews are manipulated to appear that all customers are satisfied with the quality of the items they receive. The quartz hedgehog I received was smaller than shown and stuck together with cement. It is garbage.

I want my money back now. Any suggestions?

Spirit Magicka is a scam.

They sent several text messages to me from the number (844)619-1667.
The number doesn't work when you call, but maybe someone with better skills than I have can do something with that information.
I certainly hope so.

I didn't know that I ordered anything from them until I received a text message. Then, I saw an order confirmation in my scam folder. I have been trying to get a refund since 10/8, and all they will say is that my order is in transit. It is 11/1, and I have no items, and continue to get the same response regarding a refund, you're order is in transit. I don't know what to do. $170 gone.

ain't a scam. like, a year ago, I saw this picture of a quartz porcupine (or 'quartzcupine' as us internet dwellers dub it) on Instagram and immediately, without a second thought, searched it up on google and ordered one from spirit magicka. arrived a few weeks later, my quartzcupine still lives on my desk to this day :) while spirit magicka ain't a scam, they keep sending me emails about gemstone meanings and stuff (I probably forgot to untick the 'send me emails about stuff' box), a bit annoying but I don't check my email often anyway

You can unsusbribe at the bottom of their page. Because wow they do send a ton.

Hello I ordered the Carnelian Mushroom and the Hedgehog over two months ago and I have not received them yet. It is a shame your company is taking peoples money at a time when times are rough. Order #70989 ordered 4/14 . It does not matter to me where they are from, either please send me my order or my money back.

Did you not read your email on how long it can take for it to arrive, if you didn't pY for express shipping it could take I believe up to 12 weeks.

I just got my order it took almost two months to get it, and I have to say I was pretty disappointed I think I was expecting the spears to be bigger and the points to be bigger, I don't think it was $160 dollars worth...

I love this place. Can sometimes take a while to arrive (2-3 weeks), but it’s worth it. For what these crystals cost individually almost everywhere, the bundled sale pricing is worth it. I first bought a 45 piece set and then a 59 piece set because I was so happy with the first one. Best believe I will be buying much more in the future.

I ordered mine and got mine within a month and a half. I was worried at first because everyone is saying that the crystals could be fake but honestly they look pretty resl to me for the most part though I'm no expert. The only complaint I really have ia they are much smaller than I expected
